Washing the vinyl or aluminum to clear off any dirt, mold, and excess debris. With aluminum, there's always some residual chalkiness afterward, which is typically normal.
PREP

Afterward, will carefully cover all items on your house that are not meant to be painted. We always cover the ground area with drop cloths to protect from overspray.
PAINT

Once everything is prepped, your Sanchez Painting team will apply premium-quality paint to your home, creating a stunning finish.
CLEAN

At the end of each workday, the painting crew cleans up around your property, ensuring any paint chips are removed and all materials are neatly stored away.
INSPECTION

After our own inspection, your job site supervisor will walk you through, giving you the opportunity to review our services and to provide any feedback.
